A bit about me.
I've spent years working in corporate life — managing large teams, leading complex programmes, and navigating the kind of organisational challenges that don't come with a manual. I know what it takes to perform at a senior level because I've done it.
I've also spent a significant chunk of that time coaching, mentoring, and developing the people around me — formally and informally. I'm a qualified coach now completing ILM Level 7 in Coaching and Mentoring, so there's proper grounding behind the real-world experience.
