Resilience

I work with individuals and organisations to help build personal resilience to enable people to better understand themselves, develop skills and techniques to enhance emotional wellbeing, and equip them to navigate adversity and maximise performance.

I’m passionate about helping people reduce their stress levels and find ways to navigate through obstacles and challenging circumstances without negatively impacting their health and emotional well-being.

I want people to be able to take on challenges, to not shy away from opportunities, to take risks, and be successful, because they understand themselves and they know both what they should do, but also how to take the action that will help them.

For individuals, I offer resilience coaching to provide immediate support and guidance through a challenging situation, focusing on what will make a difference for that person at that time.

For organisations, I offer resilience training, teaching the fundamentals of resilience, building self awareness, and using experiential tools and techniques to enable the benefit to be felt immediately.
