Feedback from Resilience Training and Coaching….

This Resilience Workshop helped me to change the way I think about stress in my life.

This was a very productive session and worth going as I discovered a lot about myself and my resilience. 

I realise that others are in the same boat as me - everyone will learn something!

It made me see how such a small change could have such a large effect. 

Really great, helped me process thoughts and understand thinking errors. I got lots out of it and it helped me to understand why I jump to conclusions.

Full of practical exercises that you can embed in your daily life and imagine yourself achieving.

This gave me the push to go on and make some of the changes I want to make in my life. Not major changes but more lifestyle changes to support my wellbeing.

I left knowing that I do have choices, and more motivated to invest more effort into my goals and dreams. 

If I was to tell others about this event I would say that it was very positive and inspiring. I left believing I would make positive changes to my life. I thoroughly enjoyed it and can honestly say it has made a difference, especially to my motivation and my perception of certain things. 

My key takeaway was that we can all do something (not necessarily a big thing) to make ourselves more resilient and we owe it to ourselves to do so. 

I now see things from a different perspective and I'm motivated to make time for myself.

This really made me think about the things I do everyday without realising why and what the consequences are.

“Before I started being coached by Lisa I had a five year plan but I was struggling to take action to achieve it. My lack of progress kept me awake at night and I felt like it was physically weighing me down.

Lisa helped me turn that five year goal into a actual plan, breaking it down into smaller steps that were less daunting so that I could quickly start to make progress. I’d had some advice that she encouraged me to challenge, which I was reluctant to do initially but which did turn out to be wrong! This one step has massively accelerated my plans, but without the support I would have accepted it wasn’t possible for me. 

I can’t believe how far I’ve come in a few short weeks, I’ve tackled areas that were really challenging and I’m so excited about how much I’ve achieved already. I’m well on the way with my five year plan and I’m going to get there sooner than I’d thought.

Through our sessions, Lisa helped me to work out what’s most important to me and I now make decisions with that in mind, that I’m doing the right thing for my family as that’s what I want to look back and be proud of. I’ve learnt to focus on what I can control and let go of the things I can’t and I’m feeling much happier too.”
