I work with organisations to help them build resilient teams and colleagues, teaching what resilience is, how to develop it, and how to use resilience to show up as your best self, navigate through challenging times, and maximise performance.

Resilient people are less likely to be stressed, have a greater sense of self worth, better self-awareness and better health outcomes.

Resilience training focuses on building resilience through developing an understanding of the different building blocks of resilience alongside building a toolkit of practices that deepen resilience and enable us to respond to challenges effectively, bounce back from set backs and emerge stronger than before. This isn’t about learning theories, it’s experiential, taking meaningful action. Resilience is a skill that can be cultivated.

I’m passionate about helping people to understand the importance of resilience, prioritising health and well-being, and actively managing stress, so they can be at their best and thrive in both home and work life. Resilient people are confident they can overcome obstacles. They know that being adaptable is a key trait in life and have learnt to embrace opportunities rather than fear change. They have better control over their emotions and understand the importance of a positive mindset. They have strong support networks and active communities that they both support and lean on in turn. They recognise stress and use tried and tested techniques to maintain healthy levels.
